Rules for using SARI Skills courses, tasking features, payments, certificates, and withdrawals.

SARI Skills is owned and operated under SARI DIGITAL. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of the Platform
SARI Skills provides access to online tasking opportunities, practical digital courses, certificates, learning materials, and related online opportunity updates.
2. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate registration details.
- Users are responsible for keeping their passwords secure.
- One user should not create multiple accounts for misuse, fake bidding, or fraudulent activity.
- SARI Skills may suspend accounts involved in fraud, spam, fake submissions, or policy violations.
3. Tasking Account Activation
Users must activate their tasking account before accessing and bidding for tasks. The activation fee gives access to tasking features, task alerts, task assignment notifications, payment updates, and withdrawal access.
4. Tasks and Bidding
- Users may bid for tasks listed on the platform.
- Task owners choose preferred users based on bids, skills, and suitability.
- Being able to bid does not guarantee assignment or payment.
- Payment is released only after submitted work is approved by the task owner.
- Some tasks may be sample, demo, training, testing, or onboarding tasks.
5. Task Submissions
- Submitted work must be original, complete, and follow task instructions.
- Copied, fake, low-quality, or irrelevant work may be rejected.
- Task owners may request corrections before approval.
- Approved task earnings reflect in the user balance.
6. Withdrawals
- Users must provide correct M-Pesa withdrawal details.
- Withdrawals may take up to 72 hours to process.
- SARI Skills is not responsible for payments sent to wrong numbers provided by users.
- Suspicious withdrawal activity may be delayed for review.
7. Courses
- Some courses are paid and require successful payment before access.
- Course materials are for personal learning only.
- Users must not resell, copy, or redistribute course content without permission.
- Course access may include lessons, updates, revision access, and certificate eligibility.
8. Certificates
Certificates are generated after completing eligible courses. Certificates are computer-generated and should always be verified using the official verification system. SARI Skills and SARI DIGITAL are not liable for certificates edited or modified outside the platform.
9. Payments
- Payments may include tasking activation fees, course payments, or other platform-related payments.
- Users should confirm details before making payment.
- Successful payments are recorded in the system where applicable.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent payments or withdrawal attempts.
- Fake task submissions.
- Uploading harmful links or misleading information.
- Harassing other users or task owners.
- Trying to manipulate task approvals, balances, or certificates.
11. Limitation of Liability
SARI Skills provides learning and tasking opportunities but does not guarantee income, employment, task assignment, trading profits, or specific results. Trading and online work involve risks, and users should make informed decisions.
12. Changes to Terms
SARI Skills may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
