Refund Policy

Important information about activation fees, course payments, task payments, and withdrawals.

This Refund Policy applies to payments made on SARI Skills, owned and operated under SARI DIGITAL.

Please review this policy carefully before making payments on the platform.

1. Account Activation Fee

The tasking account activation fee is a one-time access fee. Once successfully paid, it is strictly non-refundable.

The activation fee supports access to tasking features, task alerts, assigned task notifications, payment tracking, withdrawal access, and platform maintenance.

2. Course Payments

Course payments are non-refundable once payment is successful and course access has been activated.

  • Users should review course title, description, duration, and price before paying.
  • Once a paid course is unlocked, the user receives access to the course materials.
  • No refund is provided because the digital learning content becomes accessible immediately after payment confirmation.

3. Task Payments and Earnings

Task earnings are only credited after the task owner approves submitted work. If work is rejected or requires revision, payment may not be released until approval.

4. Withdrawals

  • Users must enter the correct M-Pesa name and phone number before submitting withdrawal requests.
  • Withdrawals may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • Incorrect withdrawal details provided by the user may delay or affect payment.
  • Once withdrawal is processed to the provided number, it may not be reversible by SARI Skills.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a user believes they made a duplicate payment due to a technical error, they may contact support for review. Approval of any refund or account credit is subject to verification of transaction records.

6. Failed Payments

If M-Pesa payment fails, access will not be granted and no deduction should be completed. If money is deducted but access is not updated, the user should contact support with the M-Pesa receipt number for verification.

7. Sample or Demo Tasks

Some tasks may be sample, demo, testing, educational, or onboarding tasks. Such tasks may be used to demonstrate how the platform works and may not always represent live client work.

8. Certificates

Certificates generated by SARI Skills are computer-generated. If a certificate is modified, edited, forged, or shared outside the official system, SARI Skills and SARI DIGITAL are not responsible. Certificates should always be verified using the official verification page.

9. No Guaranteed Earnings

SARI Skills provides access to learning and tasking features, but does not guarantee that every user will be assigned tasks, earn income, or receive specific results.

Payments are made for access to platform features, course content, and services, not for guaranteed earnings.

10. Contact for Payment Issues

For payment or refund-related review, users should contact SARI Skills support with the correct account email, phone number used, payment amount, date, and M-Pesa receipt number.
